Can I return or exchange my purchase? |

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your selected product(s), then we will do everything we can to ensure that the end result is that you are a happy customer. NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS You may return or exhange a non-defective product provided the product: was shipped from GreenUrLife within the last 15 days; has not been used, washed, tampered with, or damaged in any way; is returned with the original invoice/packing slip, or proof of purchase from the www.greenurlife.com.au website; and a RETURN/EXCHANGE number has been obtained from GreenUrLife.
Shipping costs to return non-defective goods are to be paid by the customer. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS For defective products: we will exchange or replace faulty or defective products with the exact same product, colour and size please be prepared to send in the product so that we can correct the problem immediately as soon as we receive and assess your returned item(s), either a refund will be processed or your exchange or replacement items will be sent out to you.
Refunds are made in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
