If you are lucky enough to live in beautiful Townsville in North Queensland, (that is, postcodes 4810, 4811, 4812, 4813, 4814, 4815, 4817 or 4818), we will deliver your order to your door free of charge! 

For all other areas in Australia, you have the option of choosing delivery via Australia Post's eParcel service or via Australian Air Express.  Either option is available at a Flat Shipping Rate of $9.90 AUSTRALIA WIDE.

Australia Post's eParcel  service is a safe and secure system, which generally takes around 4 working days and ensures you receive your goods by providing you with a tracking number and obtaining your signature on delivery. 

Australian Air Express (AAE) is a faster service (generally overnight) and you will be provided with a tracking number to allow you to follow the movements of your order on the AAE website.  The AAE service does NOT require your signature on delivery and by choosing the AAE service you are authorising the order to be left at the address provided.  This means that if you are not at home when AAE attempt to deliver your order, where possible they will leave your order in an inconspicuous location where specific delivery instructions have not been received with your order.  IMPORTANT:  If you choose to use AAE, GreenUrLife will not be held responsible should your order go missing if you are not able to be at the shipping address when AAE make the delivery.
