DOMESTIC

If you are lucky enough to live in beautiful Townsville in North Queensland, (that is, postcodes 4810, 4811, 4812, 4813, 4814, 4815, 4817 or 4818), we will deliver your order to your door free of charge! 

For all other locations within Australia, the freight cost for an order sent by registered post is:

• for orders <500g = $8.40,
• for orders between 500g and 1kg = $14.25,
• for orders between 1kg and 2kg = $16.30,
• for orders between 2kg and 3kg = $18.35,

and all other orders between 3kg and 10kg will depend on the weight of the order and are based on Australia Post's registered post parcel service, a safe and secure system, which ensures you receive your goods by obtaining your signature on delivery. 

The freight cost for all orders up to 10kg will be displayed for you as you begin to process your order through the checkout - this allows you to be informed of the total cost of your purchase including freight before you confirm and pay for your order.  As the rate varies depending on what the total weight of your purchase is, and where you live, the easiest way to identify the exact freight cost is to select the products you are interested in and begin the check out process.

If you require your order urgently, or you just can't wait to start using your new products, please let us know so that we can check the express rate for you, and advise you of any additional charges.

Please also note that if your order is > 10kg, we will contact you with the freight cost once you have placed your order.  This allows us to consider courier services which may be more appropriate.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders, we will need to confirm the relevant rate with you on placement of your order.
