With the scorching heat we've been experiencing this summer, slushie's have been a favourite in our household of late.

This one is a great way to use up any stone fruit that might have been picked too early and is not softening/ripening/or is a little bit tart:

• 2 handfuls of frozen/fresh raspberries
• 4 nectarines
• 1 tbspn organic honey
• 1 tray of ice cubes
• 1/2 cup of water

Throw it all in the blender and blitz till it forms a slushie, then drink through a stainless steel straw.
