This recipe is a favourite in our household for lunchboxes and snack time:

• 2 cups organic rolled oats
• 1/3 cup organic brown rice flour
• 1/3 cup organic sultanas
• 1/3 cup organic dried apricots chopped
• 1 cup organic pitted dates chopped
• 30g organic macadamia nut oil
• 1 egg
• 2 tbspn organic honey

Preheat oven to 180/160 fan-forced.  Grease stainless steel baking tray with Grapeseed Oil/Coconut Oil.

Whisk oil, eggs and honey in a glass jug.  Add all ingredients into a stainless steel mixing bowl and mix well.

Transfer mixture to stainless steel baking tray using the back of a spoon to press mixture firmly together.

Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool in pan, cut into squares and store in an airtight stainless steel container.
